前言(修订说明)

一、培养方案修订的指导思想

本次人才培养方案的修订按照《广东工业大学高水平大学建设总体规划(20152020年)》、《广东工业大学十三五发展规划》要求,《广东工业大学2017年教育部审核评估专家组反馈意见》精神,《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(国办发〔201536号)文件精神。将学校的人才培养总目标:培养具有高度社会责任感,善于合作、勇于创新、视野宽广,掌握从事专业所需的基础知识和专业技能,具有综合运用所学科学理论方法和手段分析并解决实际问题的能力,能有效解决现场实际问题的高素质创新应用型人才充分体现和落实在本次教学计划的修订工作中。

二、培养方案修订的依据

本专业在2020版专业培养方案的基础上,主要依据以下几个方面修订并形成2022版专业培养方案。

1.《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(国办发〔201536号)

2.广东工业大学《关于修订本科专业人才培养方案的指导意见》

3.《广东工业大学2017年教育部审核评估专家组反馈意见》

4.人力资源管理专业应用型人才社会需求状况调研报告

5.公司管理类本科专业教学质量国家标准》

三、 主要修订内容

根据本次培养方案修订要求,在2020版专业培养方案的基础上修订并形成2022版专业培养方案,主要修订内容如下:

1. 进一步凝练培养目标及培养特色

本次培养方案的修定,严格按照工商管理类本科专业教学质量国家标准的要求进行,具体包括:(1)专业培养目标和标准紧扣学校人才培养总目标。(2)专业培养目标对应到专业毕业生在毕业后5年左右能够达到的职业和专业成就的内涵要求上;专业的毕业要求(培养标准)对学生毕业时应该掌握的知识和能力有具体描述,包括学生通过本专业学习所掌握的知识、技能和素养。3)课程内增加大量实践学时(如《人才测评技术与招聘》和《积极心理与职业健康》),增强学生的实操经验;(4)融合学校的工科优势,增设工业心理学模块课程(如《社会心理学》、《决策心理学》和《工业心理学研究方法》),让学生的知识技能更能满足工业企业的管理实践需要;5)专业的制定、修订,基于产出导向教育(OBE)理念,综合考虑国家社会教育发展的需要、广东省产业发展的需要、学校人才培养定位、学生发展期望等。

2. 优化课程体系

本专业在确定课程体系时,明确课程体系与毕业要求的支撑关系,以及对专业培养目标达成的支持情况,在考虑专业知识结构、学分要求等前提下,还通过目标能力矩阵分析,将专业培养目标和培养标准与课程体系对应。

课程体系按基本课程模块和扩展模块构成,基本模块133.5学分(含基础模块、学院平台课、专业核心课、实践环节等),扩展模块28学分由两个专业选修模块组成(如表1);基本模块课程为该专业的毕业基本要求,扩展模块形成特色培养和彰显个性化教育。即保证各专业基本培养要求的条件下,形成多模块或多样化教育。课程分必修和选修两大类。对于实验、实习、实训、设计等实践性环节,本专业要求不低于34学分(不低于20%)。

四、特色设置

人力资源管理专业培养方案充分考虑知识要求、专业能力、人文和科学素质、诚信意识和专业操守、沟通能力、持续学习能力等方面的毕业要求,课程设置时特别考虑跨学科、跨专业的知识融会贯通,培养学生多学科交融的知识视野和思维素质,要求学生通过初步的学术训练,具有一定创新意识和创新能力。

人力资源管理专业学生的知识要求包括人文社科及自然科学基础知识、学科基础知识、专业知识、跨专业知识等四个方面。

1)人文社科及自然科学基础知识。学生需要具备心理学、历史学、政治学、伦理学、哲学和艺术等方面的人文知识,掌握并运用高等数学、统计学、外语和计算机等方面的知识技能,以及必要的工程技术和信息技术知识。

2)学科基础知识。作为工商管理类学科下属的专业,人力资源管理专业培养的学生首先要掌握管理学、心理学和经济学等学科知识,建立一个良好的、基础扎实的知识背景。

3)专业知识。在具备学科基础知识后,学生还需要系统掌握包括基本理论、方法和技能在内的人力资源管理专门知识,了解本学科的理论前沿和发展动态,熟悉国内外与人力资源管理有关的法规制度。

4)跨专业知识。本专业在专业知识模块课上设置了企业战略管理、营销管理、信息管理、会计学课程,形成逻辑上的拓展与延伸关系,形成课程模块(课程组)供学生选择性修读。

 

1.1 人力资源管理专业课程体系结构

 

Introduction

 

I. the guiding ideology of the revision of the training plan.

The revision of this talent training program is in accordance with the requirements of the General Plan for the Construction of High-level Universities of Guangdong University of Technology (2015-2020) and the Development Plan of Guangdong University of Technology during the 13th five-year Plan, and the spirit of "Feedback by the evaluation expert group of the Ministry of Education in 2017 of Guangdong University of Technology". The implementation opinions of the General Office of the State Council on deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities (State Office issued (2015) No. 36),the aim of cultivating talents: "Cultivate high-quality innovative applied talents with highly sense of social responsibility,cooperation,innovation,global vision,who grasp basic knowledge and professional skills need for working on this major and have abilities of comprehensively using scientific theories or methods to analyze the practical problems." And fully reflect and implement in the revision of this teaching plan.

 

II. The basis for the revision of the training plan.

On the basis of the professional training plan of version 2020, this major is mainly revised and formed the professional training plan of version 2022 according to the following aspects.

1. Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities (State Office issued (2015) No. 36).

2. Instruction on revising the undergraduates cultivation tscheme of Guangdong University of Technology.

3. Feedback by the evaluation expert group of the Ministry of Education in 2017 of Guangdong University of Technology .

4. An investigation report on the Social demand of Applied talents in Human Resource Management Specialty.

5. National Standard for Teaching quality of undergraduate Corporate Management majors.

 

III. Main revised contents.

According to the requirements of the revision of this training plan, the professional training plan of version 2022 is revised and formed on the basis of the 2020 version of the professional training plan. The main revised contents are as follows:

1. Further refine the training objectives and characteristics.

The revision of this training program is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the national standards for the teaching quality of undergraduate marketing majors, including: (1) the professional training goals and standards are closely linked to the overall goal of personnel training in the school. (2) the professional training goal corresponds to the connotation requirements of professional and professional achievements that professional graduates can achieve about 5 years after graduation; professional graduation requirements (training standards) have a specific description of the knowledge and abilities that students should master when they graduate, including the knowledge, skills and literacy that students have mastered through this major. (3) the formulation and revision of majors, based on the concept of output-oriented education (OBE), taking into account the needs of national social education development, the needs of industrial development in Guangdong Province, the orientation of school personnel training, students' development expectations and so on.

2. Optimize the curriculum system.

When determining the curriculum system, this major defines the supporting relationship between the curriculum system and graduation requirements, as well as the support for the achievement of professional training goals, and on the premise of considering professional knowledge structure, credit requirements, etc., through the goal ability matrix analysis, the professional training objectives and standards correspond to the curriculum system.

The curriculum system is composed of basic curriculum modules and expansion modules, with basic modules of 132.5 credits (including basic modules, college platform courses, professional core courses, practical links, etc.) and expansion modules of 28 credits,including two professional elective courses; basic module courses are the basic requirements for graduation of this major, and expansion modules form characteristic training and highlight personalized education. That is to say, under the condition of ensuring the basic training requirements of each major, a multi-module or diversified education is formed. Courses are divided into two categories: compulsory courses and elective courses. For practical links such as experiment, practice, training, design, etc., this major requires no less than 34 credits (not less than 20%).

 

IV. Characteristic setting.

The training program of Human Resource Management major fully takes into account the graduation requirements of knowledge requirements, professional ability, humanities and scientific quality, honesty consciousness and professional ethics, communication ability, continuous learning ability and so on. when setting up the curriculum, special consideration should be given to the integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge, so as to cultivate students' multi-disciplinary knowledge vision and thinking quality, which requires students to pass preliminary academic training. Have a certain sense of innovation and innovation ability.

The knowledge requirements of  Human Resource Management majors include basic knowledge of humanities and social sciences and natural sciences, basic knowledge of disciplines, professional knowledge and so on.

(1) Basic knowledge of humanities and social sciences and natural sciences. Students need to have humanistic knowledge of psychology, history, politics, ethics, philosophy and art, as well as knowledge and skills in advanced mathematics, statistics, foreign languages and computers, as well as necessary engineering and information technology knowledge.

(2) Basic knowledge of the discipline. As a major under the discipline of business administration, students majoring in Human Resource Management should first master the knowledge of management,psychology and economics so as to establish a good and solid knowledge background.

(3) Professional knowledge. After possessing the basic knowledge of the discipline, students also need to systematically master marketing expertise, including basic theories, methods and skills, and understand the theoretical frontiers and development trends of the discipline. be familiar with the laws and regulations and practical management trends related to marketing at home and abroad.

(4) Multi-disciplinary knowledge.Human Resource Management major places Strategic Management,Marketing Management,Information Management,Accounting on its module curriculum,building the relation between continuation and stretch logically.The students can selectively studied in this curriculum.

本专业学生在培养过程中,强调对学生进行基本理论、基础知识、基本能力(技能)以及健全人格、综合素质和创新精神的培养;致力于为学生全面参与教学改革,科学研究及社会服务等活动创造条件,提倡学生在参与过程中发现并培养自己的兴趣能力,最大限度地发展学生的智力和潜能,鼓励学生勇于面对挑战,不断探索,努力进取,追求卓越;并提供一定的条件,促使学生养成独立工作和团队合作的能力,促使学生养成终身学习和自主学习的习惯。

经过四年的系统学习,本专业学生在毕业时应达成以下毕业要求:

1.管理知识:能够将数学、自然科学、管理基础和专业知识用于解决人力资源管理复杂问题。

2.问题分析:能够应用数学、自然科学和工程科学的基本原理,识别、表达、并通过文献研究分析人力资源管理复杂问题,以获得有效结论。

3.设计解决方案:能够设计针对人力资源管理复杂问题的解决方案,设计满足特定需求的系统或业务流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。

Graduation Requirements

After four years of systematic study, the qualified students of this major should achieve the following graduation requirements:

1. Managing Knowledge: Be able to apply mathematics, natural science, management knowledge to solve complex human resource management problems.

2.Analyzing Problems: Be able to use the basic principles of mathematics, natural science and engineering science to identify, express and analyze the complex problems of human resource management through literature research, so as to obtain effective conclusions

3.Designing Projects:Be able to design projects of complicated human resource management problems, design systems or business processes that meet specific needs, embody innovation awareness  and consider social, health, safety, legal, cultural and environmental factors during the design process,

3.毕业要求达成度评价

本专业毕业要求达成度评价的机制,包括评价方法、数据来源、评价机构、评价周期、结果反馈等,并任选1-2项毕业要求项举例说明评价实施情况。

 

3.1毕业要求达成度评价机制

本专业根据矩阵表3课程体系对毕业要求的支撑,综合考虑理论课程、实验实训、毕业设计等实践课程对各项毕业要求及其指标点达成的关联程度,同时将每项毕业要求(或指标点)归一化,制定以下权重系数设定规则:

1)理论课程的权重系数:学分数*1;

2)实验课程的权重系数:学分数*1.5;

3)课程设计及实训课的权重系数:学分*1.5;其中采用PBL模式的权重系数:学分*2;

4)毕业设计的权重系数:学分*2。根据以上规则,我们制定了各门课程支撑各项毕业要求实现的权重系数表,具体参见矩阵表4。

3.Completion evaluation of the graduation requirements

The evaluation mechanism of completion to the graduation requirements in this majors,including evaluation methods,data sources,evaluation organization,evaluation period,result feedback and so on.The following has chose 1-2 graduation requirements to make an example to explain the evaluation implementation.

3.1The evaluation mechanism of completion to the graduation requirements

According to the matrix table 3,which shows the the supporting to graduation requirements,we comprehensively consider the degree of relationship between theory courses,experimental practice,graduation dissertation and graduation requirements.At the same time,we have made rules about weight coefficient by unifying each graduation requirement(or Index point):

1) The Index point of theory courses:credits*1

2) The Index point of experimental courses:credits*1.5

3) The Index point of dissertation and practices:credits*1.5

4) The Index point of graduation requirements:credits*1.5

According to those rules,we have made the index point table of the supporting to graduation requirements, see matrix table 4.
