前言(修订说明)

一、培养方案修订的指导思想

本次人才培养方案的修订深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神、习近平总书记关于教育工作重要论述,根据《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》(教高〔2018〕2号)、《教育部关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》(教高〔2019〕6号)、《广东工业大学本科专业建设管理办法》(广工大规字〔2020〕21号附件1)、《广东工业大学本科课程建设管理办法》(广工大规字〔2020〕21号附件2)等文件要求,以本科专业类教学质量国家标准和专业认证标准为依据,以促进学生全面发展和适应社会发展需求为根本,以培养“有家国情怀、有国际视野、有坚实基础、有创新能力的高素质创新性复合型人才”为目标,全面审视各专业课程设置对培养目标和毕业要求的支撑度、专业培养方案与经济社会发展和学生发展需求的契合度,深入推进人才培养模式创新,优化课程设置,改革教学内容,突出专业特色,构建起“以学生发展为中心”的多元化、个性化的高水平创新性应用型人才培养体系,实现培养理念、培养定位、培养规格、培养模式、培养成效的有机统一。

二、培养方案修订的依据

本专业在2020版专业培养方案的基础上,主要依据以下几个方面修订并形成2022版专业培养方案。

三、主要修订内容

根据本次培养方案修订要求,在2020版专业培养方案的基础上修订并形成2022版专业培养方案,主要修订内容如下:

1. 进一步凝练培养目标及培养特色

本次培养方案的修订,按照”管理科学与工程类教学质量国家标准”的要求进行,具体包括:(1)专业培养目标和标准紧扣学校人才培养总目标。(2)专业培养目标对应到专业毕业生在毕业后5年左右能够达到的职业和专业成就的内涵要求上;专业的毕业要求(培养标准)对学生毕业时应该掌握的知识和能力有具体描述,包括学生通过本专业学习所掌握的知识、技能和素养。(3)专业的制定、修订,基于产出导向教育(OBE)理念,综合考虑国家社会教育发展的需要、广东省产业发展的需要、学校人才培养定位、学生发展期望等。

紧跟全球新一轮科技革命、互联网+以及中国制造2025等重大战略,面向粤港澳大湾区、广东省智能制造和智慧金融的现实需求,整合工科和创新创业教育优势,聚焦“基于大数据技术的信息管理”人才培养特色,为粤港澳大湾区提供适合在互联网企业、跨国公司、金融企业和政府部门从事信息系统开发及大数据分析与应用的复合型高级应用人才。

2. 优化课程体系

本专业在确定课程体系时,明确课程体系与毕业要求的支撑关系,以及对专业培养目标达成的支持情况,在考虑专业知识结构、学分要求等前提下,还通过目标能力矩阵分析,将专业培养目标和培养标准与课程体系对应。

课程体系按基本课程模块和扩展模块构成,基本模块131学分(含基础模块、学院平台课、专业核心课、实践环节等),扩展模块28学分(含大数据分析模块、智慧金融模块);基本模块课程为该专业的毕业基本要求,扩展模块形成特色培养和彰显个性化教育。即保证各专业基本培养要求的条件下,形成多模块或多样化教育。课程分必修和选修两大类。对于实验、实习、实训、设计等实践性环节,本专业要求不低于32学分(不低于20%)。

3. 专业课程融入思政元素

党的十八大以来,习总书记非常重视高校的思想政治教育工作,提出立德树人是教育的根本任务。2019年8月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于深化新时代学校思想政治理论课改革创新的若干意见》,提出要整体推进高校课程思政,深度挖掘高校各学科门类专业课程蕴含的思想政治教育资源,解决好各类课程与思政课相互配合的问题,发挥所有课程的育人功能,构建全面覆盖、类型丰富、层次递进、相互支撑的课程体系,使各类课程与思政课同向同行,形成协同效应。

本专业以“课程思政”为载体,探索“知识传授与价值引领相结合”的有效路径。把价值观培育和塑造,通过“基因式”融入所有课程,将思政教育贯穿于学校教育教学全过程,将教书育人的内涵落实在课堂教学主渠道,让所有课程都上出“思政味道”、都突出育人价值,让立德树人“润物无声”。

四、特色设置

信息管理与信息系统专业培养方案充分考虑知识要求、专业能力、人文和科学素质、诚信意识和专业操守、沟通能力、持续学习能力等方面的毕业要求,课程设置时特别考虑跨学科、跨专业的知识融会贯通,培养学生多学科交融的知识视野和思维素质,要求学生通过初步的学术训练,具有一定创新意识和创新能力。

信息管理与信息系统专业学生的知识要求包括人文社科及自然科学基础知识、学科基础知识、专业知识、跨专业知识等四个方面。

(1)人文社科及自然科学基础知识。学生需要具备心理学、历史学、政治学、伦理学、哲学和艺术等方面的人文知识,掌握并运用高等数学、统计学、外语和计算机等方面的知识技能,以及必要的工程技术和信息技术知识。

(2)学科基础知识。信息管理与信息系统专业培养的学生首先要掌握管理学和经济学等学科知识,建立一个良好的、基础扎实的知识背景。

(3)专业知识。在具备学科基础知识后,学生还需要系统掌握包括基本理论、方法和技能在内的信息管理与信息系统专门知识,了解国内外本学科的理论前沿和发展动态。

(4)特色模块知识。本专业在专业知识模块课上设置了大数据分析和智慧金融两个特色模块,形成逻辑上的拓展与延伸关系,形成信管专业的培养特色。

3、Main amendments

According to the revision requirements of this training plan, the 2022 professional training plan is revised and formed on the basis of the 2020 professional training plan. The main revisions are as follows:

Further refine the training objectives and characteristics

The revision of the training plan is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "national standard for teaching quality of management science and Engineering", specifically including: (a)The professional training objectives and standards are closely related to the overall goal of talent training of the school. (b)Professional training objectives correspond to the connotation requirements of professional and professional achievements that professional graduates can achieve in about 5 years after graduation; The graduation requirements (training standards) of the major have a specific description of the knowledge and abilities that students should master upon graduation, including the knowledge, skills and literacy that students master through the study of the major. (c)The formulation and revision of majors are based on the concept of output-oriented Education (OBE), comprehensively considering the needs of national social education development, the needs of industrial development in Guangdong Province, the orientation of school talent training, development expectations, etc.

Following the new major technology revolution, Internet plus and China made 2025 strategy, facing the practical needs of Guangdong, Hongkong and Macau, Guangdong intelligent manufacturing and intelligent finance, we integrate the advantages of engineering and innovation and entrepreneurship education, focus on the talent cultivation characteristics of "big data technology based information management", and provide suitable Internet companies and multinational companies for the big bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. Financial enterprises and government departments are compound senior application talents engaged in information system development and big data analysis and application.

Optimize the curriculum system

When determining the curriculum system, this major defines the supporting relationship between the curriculum system and graduation requirements, as well as the support for the achievement of professional training objectives. On the premise of considering the professional knowledge structure and credit requirements, it also corresponds the professional training objectives and training standards with the curriculum system through the objective ability matrix analysis.

The course system is composed of basic course modules and expansion modules, with 131 credits for the basic module (including basic module, college platform course, professional core course, practice link, etc.) and 28 credits for the expansion module (including big data analysis module and smart finance module); Basic module courses are the basic requirements for graduation of the major. Expand modules to form characteristic training and highlight personalized education. That is to form multi module or diversified education under the condition of ensuring the basic training requirements of each specialty. The courses are divided into two categories: compulsory and elective. For practical links such as experiment, practice, training and design, the professional requirements shall not be less than 32 credits (not less than 20%).

Integrating Ideological and political elements into professional courses

In August 2019, the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued several opinions on deepening the reform and innovation of Ideological and political theory courses in schools in the new era, proposing to promote ideological and political education in Colleges and universities as a whole, deeply tap the ideological and Political Education resources contained in various disciplines and professional courses in Colleges and universities, and solve the problem of mutual cooperation between various courses and ideological and political courses, Give full play to the educational function of all courses, build a curriculum system with comprehensive coverage, rich types, progressive levels and mutual support, so as to make all kinds of courses go hand in hand with ideological and political courses and form a synergistic effect.

This major takes "curriculum thinking and politics" as the carrier to explore the effective path of "combining knowledge transfer with value guidance". 4、Feature setting

The training plan of information management and information system specialty fully considers the graduation requirements in terms of knowledge requirements, professional ability, humanistic and scientific quality, integrity awareness, professional ethics, communication ability and continuous learning ability. 三.专业培养特色

1.基于大数据技术的信息管理

在信管核心模块基础上,本专业围绕两条培养主线开展:一是大数据分析,在Java程序开发语言、数据结构、数据库原理、信息系统分析与设计、计算机网络、管理信息系统等阶梯式信息系统类技术课程基础上,结合最新的移动互联网、社交媒体、云计算以及大数据的发展趋势,由统计学、数据挖掘、大数据存储及应用、大数据分析基础、大数据可视化、人工智能基础、大数据治理及服务、计量经济学等核心课程构成。二是结合金融理论,开发智慧金融产品,主要课程有金融学、金融工程学、金融数量分析、证券投资学、多元统计分析、时间序列分析、金融随机过程分析等,培养学生利用各种工具和方法分析和解决金融问题的能力。

通过上述两条课程主线,突出以组织管理问题解决能力培养为主线,发挥本校以工为主、理工经管文法全面发展的优势,专业课程设置实现管理学、计算机科学和信息分析和智慧金融等四大类知识的融会贯通,强调“基于大数据技术的信息管理” 的专业特色,实现不同学科方法在同一管理问题背景下的有效复合。

2.高度重视实践,实践教学体系化

强调实践教学环节,高度重视应用型高级专门人才的培养。不仅安排大量的课程实验、实训,还有专门的专业实习、社会实践,课程设计、专业综合设计、毕业设计等环节,相辅相成,形成体系,突出培养学生的工程意识、创新精神以及运用信息技术解决经济、商务、管理中实际问题的能力。

注重创新型实践能力培养,搭建“课程实验教学体系-校内实践创新体系-校外平台扩展体系”的实践教学体系。建立教学科研互动机制,鼓励学生加入教师科研项目,为学生参加竞赛和自主开展创新型研究提供支撑;建立校外实践基地,在企业实际业务中加深学生对“大数据技术”应用实践的认知,培养学生创新能力。

3.灵活应用多种教学方法,传授不同学科知识

根据经济管理类和信息技术类知识在问题解决能力上的不同特点,综合运用多媒体远程教育等多种现代化教学手段,广泛利用教师的纵、横向科研项目成果,以及往届学生的优秀作品,灵活采用技术规范教学法、项目教学法、案例教学法等多种教学方法,对信息技术类知识传授采用类似于毕业设计指导的小班模式,确保教学质量,实现人才培养在质量和数量上的和谐发展。

One is the big data analytics, including some step-by step courses, such as program language, data structure, database principle, Java Web development, object-oriented analysis and design, mobile app etc. The other is internet finance, based on information system and other technical courses, combined with the latest mobile internet, social media, cloud computing, and the big data, including statistics, data mining, management system, big data storage and analysis, the modeling and simulation of artificial intelligence and so on core curriculum.

The major course design highlights the cultivation purpose of solving organization management problems, utilizes the engineering-dominated advantage and integrated development in science, economics, management, literature, and law. The major course design achieves the comprehensive integration of three main categories of information management, information economics, and information system development and management, enhances the major feature of solid foundation, wide scope, and strong adaption by integrating economic, management, information science, and computer science together, emphasizes technology-based management, completes the efficient composition of various subject methodology in the identical management background.

2. Strong emphasis for practice, course architecture

Emphasize the practical education session, pay effort for the cultivation of senior application-oriented specialists. The course system not only includes plentiful experimental courses and exercitation, but also professional training, social training, course project, major comprehensive design, graduation design, which supplement each other and form a complete system. It focuses on the cultivation of the understanding in engineering and the spirit of innovation, and the capability of solving practical problems in economics, business, and management by using information technology.

3. Utilizing Flexible cultivation method, imparting wide knowledge in various subjects

Based on the different capacities of knowledge between economic management and information technology in solving problems, comprehensively utilize remote multi-media teaching etc modern teaching methods, extensively employ teachers’ academic and application project achievement, and good works of former graduates, flexibly use technical specifications teaching method, project teaching method, case study etc various methods.
