【林秉旋教授 简介】
Lin Bingxuan（林秉旋）是罗德岛大学（University of Rhode Island）商学院金融学教授，美国佐治亚州立大学（Georgia State University）金融学博士，曾任教于美国哈佛大学（Harvard University）。研究领域为企业并购、公司治理、中国资本市场等，研究成果发表在Journal of Business Finance and Accounting，Journal of Corporate Finance，Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance，Journal of Risk and Insurance，Journal of Financial Research，Journal of Accounting and Public Policy，Pacific Basin Finance Journal等国际高水平学术期刊，同时担任多家高水平一流学术期刊的审稿人。
